1. About the Service
Tomecore (the "Service") is operated by FRST Media Europe B.V. ("we", "us"), a company registered in the Netherlands under KvK number 80008798, with registered office at Keizersgracht 268, 1016EV Amsterdam, Netherlands.
Tomecore is a FRST Media brand and is technically supported by Bookworld, a Media Pay Plus brand. The Service provides streamable audiobooks and downloadable e-books through your mobile browser, and is available to customers in Greece. By subscribing you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
2. Subscription & Pricing
This is the complete service overview. There is one plan, and it covers both audiobook streaming and e-book downloads.

3. Billing
- The price is €27.48 per month.
- Billing is carried out by SMS from short code 19001 or 19000, charged at €2.29 or €0.57 per SMS.
- Charges appear on your mobile phone bill, or are deducted from your prepaid balance. No credit card is required.
- The subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel it.
- Standard data, WAP or GPRS charges from your mobile operator may apply while you stream or download content. Those are set by your operator and are separate from the subscription price.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time by sending STOP to the service short code given in your welcome SMS. Cancellation takes effect immediately and no further charges will be made. If you have any difficulty cancelling, email info@tomecore.com and we will action it for you.
5. Content Access
Audiobooks are delivered by streaming and e-books by download, both through your mobile browser. No application download is required. Content is provided by our technical partner Bookworld. Access is granted for personal, non-commercial use only and lasts for as long as your subscription is active. The catalogue is updated on an ongoing basis and the continued availability of any particular title is not guaranteed.
6. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the express permission of the person who pays the mobile phone bill, in order to subscribe. By subscribing you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are authorised to incur charges on the mobile number you provide.
7. Intellectual Property
All content available through Tomecore — including recordings, narrations, text, cover artwork and images — is protected by copyright and is owned by FRST Media Europe B.V. or by its content partner and their licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, publicly perform, or create derivative works from any content accessed through the Service, and you may not share downloaded files.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share your access with people outside your household, or resell it.
- Redistribute downloaded e-book files or captured audio.
- Attempt to circumvent billing, access controls or geographic restrictions.
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl or bulk-download the catalogue.
- Use the Service for any commercial purpose, or in any way that breaks applicable law.
9. Refunds
Monthly charges are generally non-refundable for the billing period already charged. If you believe you have been charged in error, or charged after cancelling, contact info@tomecore.com and we will review your case.
10. Service Availability
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or modify the Service for maintenance, technical reasons or circumstances beyond our control, without liability for any resulting inconvenience.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms of Use. On termination your right to access the content ceases immediately, including any e-books downloaded to your device. You may cancel at any time using the method in section 4.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FRST Media Europe B.V. and its partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material we will notify active subscribers by SMS before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, Netherlands. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at info@tomecore.com so that we can try to resolve it directly.
